Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent our units on a month-to-month basis. You can stay for as long or as short as you need. We do require a 10 day notice to vacate.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept business or personal checks or cash.

Question 3

I signed up online. When can I move in?

Accepted Answer

Your lease agreement will be sent to you automatically. Once we receive your signature and you provide us with a copy of your photo ID is when your gate code will be enabled. 
All vacant units have a combination lock on them. The code will be provided to you  Please return the combination lock to avoid a $50 fee.

Provided your lease has been signed and payment has been accepted during business hours, your move in information will be provided the same business day. If your move in was completed after hours, your move in information will be provided the following business day.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Accepted Answer

Liquids, flammable liquids, explosives, toxic materials, perishables, no food, and certainly no living creatures. This includes humans, unfortunately.

Vehicles, trailers, boats..etc may only be stored in parking spaces. We do not allow the storage of these items inside the units.
